Senior Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Instructional Designer who leads workgroups in developing learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with faculty and staff to design and develop instructional projects and resources
• Conducts needs analysis and performance analysis to create learner-centered experiences
• Executes instructional design plans and conducts evaluations of instructional content and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Graduate Degree in instructional design, instructional technology, education, or related field
• Three years of professional level experience in course design and development or related areas
• Significant additional related experience may substitute for an advanced degree
• Proficiency with instructional design tools and technologies
• Knowledge of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles
