Key Responsibilities

• Design interactive eLearning courses and scenario-based learning experiences
• Translate complex product features into engaging learning materials and maintain learning content in the LMS
• Collaborate with product teams and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and improve learning through feedback

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design focused on digital learning
• Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline and experience with LMS management
• Experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment with a focus on creating original content
• Ability to translate complex workflows into clear learning experiences
• Self-directed and collaborative working style across various functions
