Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructor-led training and e-learning materials addressing skill needs across the organization
• Create a variety of learning assets, including videos and instructor materials, to support learning programs
• Lead design projects, enabling collaboration and ensuring alignment with learning objectives and timelines

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in learning and development, content development, or graphic design
• Experience in instructional design for both e-learning and instructor-led training
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite; knowledge of video design/editing preferred
• Ability to cultivate collaborative relationships with diverse partners
• Proven results-orientation in a fast-paced environment
