Senior Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer to join their Services Excellence Technical Enablement team.

Key Responsibilities

• Write in-depth technical concepts and design blended learning experiences across various delivery methods
• Map content requirements and revise materials based on feedback from internal clients and stakeholders
• Conduct quality reviews of materials to ensure alignment with learning objectives and compliance with standards

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of practical Instructional Design and e-learning development experience at an enterprise level
• Comprehensive knowledge of instructional theories and principles for both online and classroom learning
• Experience developing e-learning for software applications, including online courses and job aids
• 5+ years of conceptual and procedural technical writing experience, including video storyboarding
• A portfolio showcasing samples of conceptual writing, procedural writing, and finished videos is required
