Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Instructional Designer [100% Remote].

Key Responsibilities

• Develop training plans, including key learning points and video scripts
• Create training videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and AI voiceover
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to review and update training materials

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Experience in training script and reinforcement question development
• Retail experience
• Experience in video development and working with SMEs
• Familiarity with micro-learning, preferably through Axonify
