A company is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer.

Key Responsibilities

Provide learning and training strategy consulting and assess audience learning needs
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables for training solutions
Design and develop web-based and instructor-led training, including performance support systems

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
Five or more years of experience in instructional design for web-based and instructor-led training
Proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience in project management and client interactions
Familiarity with blended methodologies such as ADDIE and SAM
