A company is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer to develop training programs and objectives for e-learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth job-task analysis and needs assessments to identify training solutions

Required Qualifications

• Proficient in Articulate 360
• Experience in developing training programs from scratch

• Experience in evaluating training effectiveness and making recommendations for improvement
