Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer - LMS.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate various DevXP-led training programs
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to design, publish, and maintain self-paced courses in Workday Learning
• Use tools like Articulate 360 and Rise to create interactive learning modules and optimize course layouts for intuitive user experience

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in Workday Learning
• Hands-on experience with Articulate 360 and/or Articulate Rise
• Background in software engineering or development preferred
• Experience in instructional design and UX principles
