Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Instructional Designer, Residential Go-to-Market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project manage large design efforts, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery
• Create and update learning content based on a maintenance schedule and stakeholder feedback
• Develop inclusive learning materials that adhere to internal style and brand guidelines

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience
• 10+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience with instructional design techniques and learning modalities
• Proficiency in tools such as Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, and Microsoft 365
• Ability to create engaging content for diverse audiences
