Senior Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer to lead the design and development of online graduate courses and programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of asynchronous online courses using evidence-based instructional design principles
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to scope course objectives and content
• Mentor junior instructional designers and support quality assurance workflows through peer review and user testing

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in instructional design or eLearning development, preferably in higher education
• Advanced knowledge of instructional design models and learning science
• Proficiency with learning management systems, especially Canvas, and course authoring tools
