Senior Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer responsible for developing and maintaining training programs for Client Accounting and Facility Management operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging, learner-centered courses aligned with organizational goals
• Manage and maintain Learning Management Systems (LMS) and create interactive eLearning modules
• Analyze training metrics and feedback to improve course content and delivery strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field preferred
• Three to five years of experience in instructional design and LMS administration
• Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools and LMS platforms
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
