Senior Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of training materials and modules for the Veteran Services Quality Support
• Deliver virtual training to practitioners within the VBA provider network
• Evaluate training tools and methods for effectiveness and recommend improvements

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in instructional design and developing online learning content
• 2+ years of experience leading classroom or workshop-style training
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline, InDesign, SnagIt, Camtasia, and Microsoft Office
• Understanding of training theory, adult learning principles, and educational methodology
