Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in instructional design, preferably in a tech environment
• Extensive experience designing engaging online video-based content
• Experience creating online educational content in various formats for online courses
• Advanced knowledge of instructional design trends and training tools
• Experience using AI tools to enhance content development efficiency
