Senior Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer to develop and enhance training materials for diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with learning specialists and SMEs to create and enhance content
• Develop courses and materials while demonstrating creativity and meeting learning objectives
• Mentor other Instructional Designers and serve as project lead for Instructional Design initiatives

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in Education or related field preferred; substantial professional experience may substitute
• 5+ years of experience creating training materials and videos
• 3+ years of experience partnering with leaders and SMEs on learning projects
• 1+ year of experience in a supervisory or mentoring role
• Experience with authoring tools like Articulate and Camtasia, and Learning Management Systems preferred
