Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Instructional System Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis, design, and development of learning assets and experiences
• Incorporate experiential learning principles to create immersive training assets
• Collaborate with team members to assess training needs and ensure timely delivery of instructional design deliverables

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a senior instructional systems designer
• Experience with authoring tools such as Lectora or similar
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team on multiple projects
• Public Trust clearance required
