Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer, Customer Education.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop educational content and courses for Harvey Academy, including e-learning modules and instructional videos
Produce high-quality instructional videos and collaborate with the Video Content Creator for consistency in educational materials
Analyze learner feedback and content analytics to refine courses and improve the overall learner experience

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in instructional design or educational content development for technical SaaS products
Proven experience in video production, including scripting, filming, and editing educational content
Deep familiarity with adult learning theories and instructional design frameworks
Hands-on experience with LMS platforms and e-learning authoring tools
Bonus: A degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field
