Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of digital learning objects for online courses
• Supervise and direct other instructional designers on specific projects
• Collaborate with content and product managers to recommend learning activities and ensure compliance with branding and accessibility standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in psychology, instructional design, or related fields; Master's preferred
• 5-7 years of experience in instructional content creation for higher education
• Experience with interactive digital courseware and online learning management systems
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and accessibility standards
• Proficiency in tools such as Articulate, Vyond, and Adobe Creative Suite
