Senior Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Instructional Designer to develop scalable learning experiences for employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of various learning programs, including onboarding and product knowledge
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging eLearning content and training materials
• Measure and improve learning programs based on feedback and business outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of instructional design experience, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment
• Proficiency in major authoring tools like Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory and design methodologies
• Experience in conducting learning needs analysis and managing multiple projects
• Portfolio showcasing a range of instructional design work, including eLearning and facilitator-led content
