Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer to lead the design and development of online courses.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of asynchronous, instructor-led, and microlearning experiences
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of course content
• Integrate digital tools and AI strategies to enhance learner outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Instructional Design or related field
• 3+ years of professional instructional design experience, preferably in higher education
• Demonstrated expertise in needs analysis, learning solution design, and assessment practices
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems and digital course delivery environments
• Strong collaboration skills with experience working with cross-functional teams and SMEs
