Senior Instructional Designer

Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the remote Senior Instructional Designer will design scalable, high-quality learning experiences, manage the instructional design framework, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective learning solutions, with occasional travel required.

Key responsibilities

• Owns the instructional design framework, guidelines, and toolkit for consistent quality across learning solutions
• Designs and builds eLearning courses using modern authoring tools, including AI-driven tools
• Consults with facilitators on live training design to ensure sessions are engaging and aligned with learning objectives

Required qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in instructional design or related field
• Demonstrated expertise in adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies
• Proficiency in designing end-to-end learning ecosystems and scalable solutions
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects and aligning stakeholders
• Expertise with eLearning authoring tools and learning management systems
