Senior Instructional Designer

Job Summary

To support the growth of our sales and go-to-market teams, the full-time remote Senior Instructional Designer will design and develop high-quality learning experiences, transforming complex product knowledge into engaging training materials while collaborating with subject matter experts.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop a variety of learning content, including eLearning modules and instructor-led training
• Transform existing materials into dynamic learning experiences that drive behavior change
• Collaborate with the enablement team and subject matter experts to create actionable, field-ready learning assets

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design or learning & development, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech environment
• Proficiency in building courses using Articulate Rise and the Articulate 360 suite
• Experience in concepting, scripting, and producing microvideos for learning
• Familiarity with modern LMS platforms, with bonus points for experience with Thought Industries
• Strong writing and storytelling skills to convey technical content clearly and compellingly
