Senior Instructional Designer

Job Summary

To lead the design and delivery of innovative workshops in an AI-enabled environment, the contract Senior Instructional Designer & Facilitator will work remotely, focusing on workflow redesign and facilitating engaging sessions for leaders and executives.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and develop end-to-end workshop experiences that integrate AI and optimize workflows
• Facilitate highly interactive virtual workshops, guiding discussions and producing actionable deliverables
• Collaborate with HR partners and subject matter experts to create practical learning experiences that challenge existing workflows

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or organizational development
• Proven success in facilitating workshops for leadership audiences
• Strong understanding of workflow and operational redesign
• Experience working with technical organizations, including engineering and software development teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams
