Senior Instructional Designer

Job Summary

Transforming complex topics into engaging learning experiences, the contract-to-hire Senior Instructional Designer will lead the design and development of compliance eLearning and professional skill programs while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design and development of compliance eLearning and facilitator-led workshops
• Partner with business leaders to define performance needs and create measurable learning outcomes
• Develop multi-modal learning solutions, including storyboards, job aids, and digital assets, ensuring learner engagement and accessibility

Required qualifications

• High School diploma with 14+ years or Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in corporate Instructional Design/Development
• Master's degree in Instructional Design or relevant certificates are a plus
• Proven experience in designing professional skill development and compliance eLearning, with required samples
• Strong ability to draft behavioral-based performance outcomes and program evaluation plans
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Articulate Storyline, and Adobe Creative Cloud applications
