Senior Instructional Designer

Job Summary

To lead the redesign and development of a flagship leadership development program for senior executives, the temporary Senior Instructional Designer will work remotely for 30-40 hours per week, collaborating with global talent leaders and stakeholders to create engaging learning experiences that drive measurable behavior change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior talent leaders to design a cohort-based leadership journey for executive audiences
• Translate leadership capabilities into measurable learning objectives and design blended learning solutions
• Manage multiple workstreams and collaborate across globally distributed teams while tracking project progress

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 7+ years of instructional design and learning experience design
• Proven experience designing leadership development programs for senior and executive audiences
• Expertise in blended learning design for virtual, in-person, and self-directed formats
• Strong project management and organizational skills
