Senior Instructional Designer

Job Summary

To support the Engineering team, the part-time Senior Instructional Designer will design learning solutions, conduct needs analyses, and implement improvements to enhance product knowledge and operational efficiency in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop learning solutions to improve operational efficiency and performance
• Conduct needs analyses and assess training effectiveness to implement enhancements
• Utilize instructional design best practices and tools to create impactful training content

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in curriculum and training program design
• Proficiency in instructional design theories and application of ADDIE or SAM models
• Experience with training facilitation best practices and development tools such as Storyline and Articulate
• Ability to design training content for various applications, including new employee orientation and soft skills
• Demonstrated success in designing training for both technical and soft skills content
