Senior Instructional Designer

Job Summary

Leading the design and development of compliance eLearnings and professional skill programs, the fully remote Senior Instructional Designer will partner with business leaders to create engaging, measurable learning solutions while mentoring junior designers and supporting continuous improvement strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop multi-modal learning solutions, including eLearnings, workshops, and job aids
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define performance needs and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Transform compliance content into engaging eLearning experiences and support measurement strategies for effectiveness

Required qualifications

• High School diploma with 14+ years or Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in corporate Instructional Design/Development
• Master's degree in Instructional Design or relevant certifications preferred
• Proven experience in designing facilitator-led learning and compliance eLearning
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, Articulate Storyline, and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience facilitating skill development workshops and interacting with senior leaders in a complex enterprise
