Senior Instructional Designer

Job Summary

To support their Workforce Experience team, the remote contract Senior Instructional Designer will collaborate with subject matter experts to create impactful learning experiences, design engaging educational content, and develop adaptive learning modules using various authoring tools.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learner needs and define clear learning objectives
• Design and produce engaging educational content, including storyboards and interactive eLearning
• Develop complex adaptive learning modules utilizing authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Captivate

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Education Technology, or a related field
• Over three years of practical instructional design experience with a diverse portfolio
• More than two years of experience using authoring tools like Articulate Storyline and RISE
• Deep understanding of instructional design models such as ADDIE and SAM
• Strong grasp of adult learning theories and multimedia principles
