Senior Instructional Designer

Job Summary

Partnering with business units, the full-time Senior Instructional Designer will assess learner needs and design, develop, and implement high-quality learning programs using various instructional methodologies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with business units to identify learning needs and recommend appropriate training solutions
• Design and administer blended training programs and digital learning resources, including eLearning and microlearning
• Evaluate learning technologies and apply instructional design principles to create engaging learning experiences

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of experience in learning and development or instructional design
• Experience applying instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
• Proficiency in designing digital learning content and delivering training in-person and virtually
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products and experience with learning management systems (LMS)
• Familiarity with multimedia authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline
