Senior Instructional Designer

Job Summary

Designing and developing high-quality learning experiences, the full-time remote Senior Instructional Designer will create engaging eLearning modules, instructor-led training, and assessments while collaborating with subject matter experts to enhance sales and go-to-market team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop a variety of learning content, including eLearning modules and job aids
• Transform existing materials into dynamic learning experiences that drive behavior change
• Collaborate with the enablement team and subject matter experts to create actionable, field-ready learning assets

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design or learning & development, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech environment
• Hands-on expertise in building courses using Articulate Rise and proficiency in the Articulate 360 suite
• Experience in concepting, scripting, and producing microvideos for learning purposes
• Familiarity with modern LMS platforms, with bonus points for experience with Thought Industries
• Strong writing and storytelling skills to convey technical content clearly and compellingly
