Senior Instructional Designer

Job Summary

Working remotely as a full-time Senior Instructional Designer, the successful candidate will lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of operational documentation and learning resources, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Leading the creation and enhancement of operational documentation, learning resources, and performance support solutions
• Analyzing complex business processes in partnership with stakeholders to produce accurate, user-centered documentation
• Managing multiple documentation initiatives while mentoring instructional designers and promoting best practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in instructional design or technical writing in complex environments
• Advanced knowledge of instructional design principles and technical writing
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing demands
