Senior Instructional Designer

Job Summary

Bringing security training programs to life, the full-time remote Senior Instructional Designer will design, develop, and deliver engaging technical learning experiences while assessing their effectiveness to enhance operational outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct needs analysis with stakeholders to identify performance gaps and create structured learning solutions
• Design and maintain modular learning experiences, including self-paced content and live sessions
• Assess training effectiveness through feedback and performance signals, refining content to improve learning experiences

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in designing and delivering technical training in cybersecurity or a similar technical field
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible learning experiences
• Experience with modern training tools and learning management systems (LMS)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to create and follow structure independently
• Strong focus on content creation with instructor-led facilitation as a secondary aspect
