Senior Instructional Designer

Job Summary

Building training content and operational documentation from the ground up, the full-time Senior Instructional Designer will collaborate with subject matter experts to create e-learning materials, structured training programs, and process documentation in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop training content, SOPs, and workflow documentation for various operational teams
• Conduct structured interviews with subject matter experts to extract and document workflows
• Manage content architecture and maintenance to ensure training materials are current and effective

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Communications, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in instructional design or curriculum development, with a focus on operational training
• Demonstrated portfolio of training programs or SOPs built from scratch
• Experience supporting complex operations with 50+ employees and distinct training needs
• Proven ability to lead SME extraction sessions and convert verbal knowledge into structured training content
