Senior Instructional Designer

Job Summary

Focused on developing impactful training solutions, the full-time Senior Instructional Designer will create and modernize curriculum for leadership development, manage multiple instructional design projects, and enhance the employee experience remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop effective training materials, including e-learning modules and instructor-led training
• Manage instructional design projects concurrently, collaborating with stakeholders to define training needs
• Administer and maintain the Learning Management System, ensuring content is updated and accessible

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 5+ years of experience as an Instructional Designer, preferably in healthcare
• Extensive knowledge of adult education best practices and instructional design methodologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Articulate, Storyline, and microlearning platforms
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
