Senior Instructional Designer

Job Summary

To support the development of engaging training solutions, the full-time Senior Instructional Designer will work remotely, focusing on creating interactive eLearning content and collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and performance goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop training programs and materials for various delivery methods using adult learning theory and interactive design
• Analyze business needs and performance gaps to determine appropriate training solutions, including eLearning media and assessments
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create design documents and validate content for effective learning experiences

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in eLearning, Instructional Design, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in instructional design, eLearning, and multimedia development
• Proficiency with content authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Camtasia
• Knowledge of LMS systems and development of compliant content
• Experience designing instruction across multiple modalities, including face-to-face and online learning
