Senior Instructional Designer

Job Summary

To design and develop engaging learning solutions for a biopharmaceutical company, the remote contracted Senior Instructional Designer will leverage AI tools, create multi-modal learning experiences, and focus on effective learning journey design over a 20-week project duration.

Key responsibilities

• Design and map comprehensive learning journeys, identifying key moments and blending modalities for effective behavior change
• Create a diverse range of engaging learning materials, including digital modules and facilitator guides, while ensuring accessibility and user-friendliness
• Evaluate the success of learning programs and manage project timelines effectively in a collaborative environment

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of instructional design experience
• Expert-level proficiency in Articulate Rise and Storyline 360
• Practical experience with AI tools for content development, preferably Microsoft Copilot
• Strong visual design skills using tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
• Ability to communicate complex subjects clearly to non-technical audiences
