Senior Instructional Designer

Job Summary

Leading the design and development of innovative learning solutions, the remote contract Senior Instructional Designer will engage in creating e-learning and blended learning experiences while managing projects through the full learning lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging learning experiences using adult learning principles and instructional design best practices
• Manage projects from needs analysis through deployment and evaluation, partnering with stakeholders to identify learning needs
• Develop content, job aids, assessments, and supporting materials while applying Learning Experience Design (LXD) principles

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of instructional design experience in a corporate learning environment
• Strong expertise in adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies
• Proven experience developing e-learning and blended learning solutions
• Ability to conduct needs assessments and identify appropriate learning interventions
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
