Senior Instructional Systems Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Instructional Systems Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, develop, and maintain Section 508-compliant instructional and training materials packages
• Apply adult learning principles within the ADDIE model to develop curricular products
• Track curricular feedback and ensure alignment of course content across multiple modalities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required; Master's degree (MA/MS) preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in instructional design, including ILT, vILT, and WBT development
• Minimum 3 years of experience creating adult-learning content in a government or corporate environment
• Able to obtain a minimum of NACI for a Veterans Affairs Public Trust Clearance
