Senior Instructor - Personnel Security

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Instructor - PSAC (Personnel Security Adjudication Course) to provide training and support in personnel security adjudication.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate an online Personnel Security Adjudication Course, including preparation and teaching sessions
• Provide dedicated support to a specific office while offering general assistance to other departments as needed
• Administer experiential learning experiences and stay updated on training needs and trends in information technology

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of experience with a BS/BA, 10 years with an MS/MA, or 7 years with a PhD; 4 additional years of experience may substitute for a degree
• Demonstrated expertise in personnel security adjudication
• Previous experience as an instructor in the Intelligence Community is preferred
