Senior Insurance Audit Reviewer
Job Summary
To support auditor development and maintain quality oversight for high-priority accounts, the full-time Senior Premium Insurance Audit Reviewer will execute complex audit reviews, mentor new reviewers, and identify trends for performance improvement in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Perform audit reviews across all audit types, focusing on oldest audits in the queue and providing coverage for reviewers
- Conduct secondary reviews for paid review accounts and higher-level audit reviews requiring advanced quality assurance expertise
- Collaborate with leadership on quality monitoring strategies, data analysis, and support onboarding of new reviewers through mentorship
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in reviewing audits or a combination of reviewing and premium auditing
- WCIRB CompEssentials certification preferred
- Experience with Nexus or other audit management platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
