Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Insurance Claim Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Submitting accurate and timely claims to third party payers
- Resolving claim edits and account errors before submission
- Assisting with denial management and ensuring financial viability of hospitals
Required Qualifications:
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) Certification within 90 days of hire
- Completion of eight hours of revenue cycle continuing education annually
- Three years of medical billing/medical office experience
- Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding processes preferred
