Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Insurance Operations Consultant to lead consulting engagements and drive operational improvements for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver consulting engagements to meet project timelines and client satisfaction
  • Develop client proposals, including resource planning and pricing
  • Manage multiple client portfolios and nurture long-term client relationships
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Risk Management (Insurance focus preferred)
  • 10+ years of U.S. Property & Casualty or Employee Benefits insurance operations experience
  • 5+ years in consulting, preferably with Big 4 experience
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent experience required
  • PMP certification or 3+ years of program management experience required
