Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Insurance Operations Consultant to lead consulting engagements and drive operational improvements for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver consulting engagements to meet project timelines and client satisfaction
- Develop client proposals, including resource planning and pricing
- Manage multiple client portfolios and nurture long-term client relationships
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Risk Management (Insurance focus preferred)
- 10+ years of U.S. Property & Casualty or Employee Benefits insurance operations experience
- 5+ years in consulting, preferably with Big 4 experience
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent experience required
- PMP certification or 3+ years of program management experience required
