Senior Insurance Operations Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Insurance Operations Consultant to lead consulting engagements for clients in the insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver consulting engagements to meet project timelines and client satisfaction
• Develop client proposals, including resource planning and pricing
• Manage multiple client portfolios and nurture long-term client relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Risk Management (Insurance focus preferred)
• 10+ years of U.S. Property & Casualty or Employee Benefits insurance operations experience
• 5+ years in consulting, from discovery through execution
• 5+ years of Lean process improvement or operations management experience
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent experience (required)
