Job Summary

To fundamentally reshape insurance filings, the full-time Senior Insurance Operations Manager will lead filing platform and automation initiatives, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Actuarial, and Compliance teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead filing platform and automation initiatives from concept through rollout, ensuring close collaboration with Product and Engineering
• Map filing workflows and regulatory requirements to identify opportunities for AI integration and systemic efficiency gains
• Drive adoption of new tools and workflows across the insurance organization, translating platform capabilities into clear value for stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in insurance with exposure to filings, regulatory operations, or compliance
• 3+ years of experience leading teams and managing technically strong individual contributors
• Direct experience with automation and process improvement
• Hands-on fluency with LLMs like Claude or ChatGPT, with the ability to build prompts and map logic
• Strong project management skills and advanced data analysis capabilities to drive platform decisions
