Senior Insurance Pricing Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Insurance Product Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain pricing and risk models, ensuring accuracy and scalability
• Analyze product profitability, loss trends, and competitive positioning to inform pricing decisions
• Conduct competitive intelligence analysis and partner with underwriting and product teams on rate filings and model enhancements

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of pricing, risk, actuarial, or advanced analytics experience in insurance or a related field
• Experience developing and maintaining pricing or risk models in a production environment
• Strong understanding of predictive modeling techniques, including GLMs and pricing segmentation
• Proficiency in Python or R and SQL
• Working knowledge of catastrophe risk concepts, including wind and hail exposure
