Senior Insurance Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Insurance Product to drive product management initiatives and enhance the insurance offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and calibrate personal lines products, including underwriting appetite and coverage offerings
• Assist with rate filings and ensure timely regulatory approval
• Collaborate with Technology and Operations teams to implement product changes and analyze key performance indicators

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in insurance product management and development
• A degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
• Solid technical skills in SQL and data analysis
• Experience in P&C insurance, with a focus on personal lines auto and homeowners insurance preferred
• Familiarity with product development and lifecycle management is a plus
