Senior Insurance Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Insurance Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage profitable growth for new lines of business in assigned states, including pricing, underwriting, regulatory compliance, and go-to-market planning
• Identify gaps in the insurance market and develop new insurance products to address customer needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement product enhancements and improve internal processes

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant insurance product experience
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., mathematics, finance, actuarial science)
• Prior experience in insurance product management, including P&L responsibility and knowledge of insurance rules and regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in rate making, forecasting, and competitive analysis
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
