Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Manager, Cross Markets, Insurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue objectives
• Create an environment for Account Managers to provide excellent customer service and manage customer objections
• Craft growth strategies to evaluate existing relationships and identify growth opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Proven ability to sell complex products to new customer prospects
• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent sales experience
• 7+ years of successful sales experience in solutions-oriented sales environments, with personal or commercial lines insurance experience
• 5+ years of prior management experience, including managing an outside sales team
• Experience in mentoring, coaching, and managing performance
