Job Summary

Detail-oriented and customer-focused, the fully remote Senior Intake Coordinator will manage phone calls, create Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and Home Health referrals, and ensure timely communication and high-quality service throughout the intake process, working a consistent schedule from Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM EST.

Key responsibilities:
  • Receive and answer phone calls professionally while processing DME and Home Health referrals
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and maintain accurate payer billing and referral information
  • Create and manage files for incoming documents, ensuring compliance with quality assurance initiatives
Required qualifications:
  • Some college credit and/or experience in a related discipline
  • At least one year of experience working with Injured Workers or Workers' Compensation Insurance
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and confidentiality regulations
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
