Senior Integrated Business Planning Lead

Job Summary

To enhance decision quality and strategic planning, the full-time Senior Integrated Business Planning Lead will manage advanced analytics and scenario modeling, synthesizing demand, supply, and financial data to provide actionable insights within the Global Planning Center of Excellence, with the option for remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Global S&OP leadership to improve IBP capabilities and ensure alignment across regions and functions
• Design and lead multi-scenario planning analyses using predictive modeling and external economic sensing
• Develop insight-driven content for executive decision-making, translating complex data into clear narratives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, Finance, or related field required
• 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, S&OP, IBP, or analytical planning roles
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and enterprise decisions
• Experience with advanced planning systems, forecasting models, and scenario tools
• IBP / S&OP training or certifications (ASCM, Oliver Wight) strongly preferred
