Senior Integrated Device Engineer
Job Summary
Supporting integrated clinical device solutions remotely, the full-time Senior Integrated Device Engineer will engineer, configure, test, and implement application-integrated devices while providing Tier 3 support in a high-volume production environment.
Key responsibilities
- Engineer, configure, test, troubleshoot, and implement clinical device solutions across the organization
- Provide Tier 3 engineering support for existing and emerging device technologies
- Develop and maintain standards, policies, and procedures for device deployment and lifecycle support
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of IT experience engineering application-integrated devices in an enterprise environment using Microsoft technologies
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Group Policy, and enterprise tooling
- Working knowledge of device technologies and strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to present to groups and manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively
